Contract Management Services for Michigan State University College of Human Medicine Graduate Medical Education Programs

Graduate Medical Education, Inc. (GMEI) will provide the MSU College of Human Medicine contract management services for graduate medical education (GME) contracts. GMEI will manage and streamline the contract process, as well as provide expertise and facilitation throughout the process. GMEI will not be negotiating terms and conditions on behalf of the MSU-sponsored programs.

The following principles guide GMEI’s work on CHM’s GME contracts:

• Contract process should support partnerships and collaborations.
• Process should be consistent and reliable.
• Process should not add unnecessary activities/responsibilities to faculty and staff workload.
• Process should be transparent and easy to follow.
• Departments and programs should be able to easily determine the status of their contracts.

GMEI Staff
